NNN Restaurant

NNN restaurant properties are a very passive type of investment with long leases and stable cash flow. An investor benefits from having zero to very limited responsibilities with the ownership of NNN properties. Typically these properties are leased to publicly traded credit tenants, but some are leased by franchisee operators. The franchisee guaranteed properties that we offer are generally guaranteed by strong operators that operate a minimum of 30 stores or more thereby giving our investors a stable investment.

These investments are sold either fee simple (land and improvements), or as ground leases (land only). In the case of a ground lease, the landlord automatically gains ownership of the improvements once the lease has expired and the tenant vacates the property.
